ICT for Disaster Risk Reduction

This is a set of slides I prepared while working with UNDP in India as Manager Disaster Information Systems. All the content in the slides refer to my projects carried out during my assignment with UNDP. There are many other good examples and work done by other organizations in India on ICT for Disaster Risk Management in the country. The slides below are few example of  good practices use of information and communication cation technology in disaster risk reduction. These slides were created in the year 2005 and most of the projects and initiatives were implemented during the same period.
